タルヤグ・ミツヴォト（תרי״ג מצוות - TaRYaG mitzvot）は「613の要求」という意味。
トーラ内で言及される「古イスラエル国民に対する神の要求」をピックアップしてまとめた伝統的なリスト。

因みに、西暦1世紀にキリストはトーラ内の神の要求を２つに要約している。 

The 613 commandments include "POSITIVE commandments", to perform an act (mitzvot aseh - 能動的), and "NEGATIVE commandments", to abstain from an act (mitzvot lo taaseh - 非能動的).

The positive commandments number 248, a number ascribed to the number of bones and main organs in the human body, and the negative commandments number 365, which coincides with the number of days in the solar year. - 613 commandments

613の要求

  1. 神が存在することを認める。To know there is a God — Ex. 20:2
